I would like to cancel my AVG Security, it seems I have two, how is this possible. I have had two emails from you. one says it expires on 28 December and it will now cost me 49.99. And another says it expires on the 20th December and my next payment will be 74.99. this is far too much for me as I am an old age pensioner. Am I paying for the same security. Please could you sort this for me. If I am not satisfied I will inform my bank not to pay. I have been with you a long time and I have not had any problem in the past.
