I would like to end my free trial for tune up

I would like to end my trial for AVG tune up as it did not fit my needs and I don't wish to pay for its services. However when I try to look for it in my subscriptions, it is blank. I was told customer support was the only way to get rid of a free trial but it was odd to navigate.

Thank you for responding. I must admit, I don't know what happend… I was going to email the subscription code but it sorta vanished along with tune up? I hope that somehow cleared things up but if not I will be back to kindly ask for a refund on the product.
