Did you get the message from AVG PC TuneUp to disable "iCloud" application?
If yes, then it is necessary to wake up the program from PC TuneUp settings.
Open AVG PC TuneUp program dashboard and click on "SpeedUp PC" Tile.
Click on "Disable background & startup program".
On the list of sleepign programs, check for icloud, if you find it, click on wake option.
Once it is enabled, check whether icloud is able to perform backup.
Keep us informed about the status.
AVG has given me a pop up telling me that icloud has been switched off so that my laptop works more quickly. I have not seen any photos taken on my phone uploaded to icloud on my laptop since October 16th 2017. How do I get the laptop to continue to sync with the phone and upload the images? I am not very computer literate so please make your explanations easy to follow. Connecting the phone by cable to the laptop does not help. Thank you
