Thanks
Hello,
I've a vpn connection to the office.
The office needs to ping to the laptop.
That only works when I disable the firewall.
I would like to make an exception in the rules
Hi There Frank,
If ping is Disabled you can Enable it Via the following Steps:
1) Click Firewall
2) Click Settings
3) Click Expert Mode
4) Click Yes
5) Click System Services
6) On the Right hand side find Incoming Ping, Right Click then select Edit
7) Click Yes to confirm Edit
8) on ICMP Echo and ICMP Echo Reply click edit and you will see something like the folllowing:
For: protocol: ICMP
direction: out
ICMP type: 0
Remote address(es) Safe Networks
Allow/Block
9) Please make sure where i have put Allow/Block this shows ALLOW. If not Please click on it, select Allow then press OK to close our every dialogue box

Kenza
