Upon checking your account, we see that you do have duplicate subscriptions of AVG Internet Security & TuneUp.

Hi All, apologies in advance, I have been using AVG Internet Security and AVG Tune Up (both on home PC) for a while but they have both stopped working. I do the usual turn everything off, then re-start, Every other product icon on the PC works but neither of the AVG. I click on either, the blue circle happens then its gone. nothing ? I for memory upgraded / paid recently, I tried to fine an e-mail direct to AVG so I could send them copy's of my payments but can't locate that either. Help needed from Sydney, AU. Cheers.
