Identification of attacks

Good afternoon
I have some files and folders that were attacked and, in addition to solving them with your software, I would need to continue with this problem, digitally and physically locating where these attacks came from. How can I do it? Could you also tell me where I can report them so that the authorities can resolve this case of digital insecurity?

Hi Guilherme.
If you believe that your PC is infected, please run a deep virus scan using AVG to detect and remove them.
Unfortunately, there are many ways in which your PC got infected.
