Identity not protected

After downloading AVG Zen I cannot activate identity protection? “ you are not fully protected” I’m still running  windows XP if this is the problem? I don‘t know…. “we were unable to fix one or more components” “ could not finish automatic state repair”?? Not sure how to go about rectifying this problem….. Computer, Email, web and firewall are all green, it’s only identity that’s still red and inactive…. So any suggestion out there? I’ve re-downloaded this twice and identity is still inactive (red)
