Thank you for your reply. 
I have followed the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1GnMD3N and the program does not register that I want to temporarily disable AVG antivirus free program. 
And the error message (0xc00000e5) still pops up on applications like email or internet we want to run.
Any other solution available?
Please help?

Recently I installed AVG Antivirus Free Edition on my mother in law's laptop. All applications we try to runn show the same kind of error message.
[applicationname].exe - Toepassingsfout
Kan de toepassing niet correct starten (0x00000e5). Klik op OK om de toepassing te sluiten.
We think "Identity Protection" is causing this issue.
Please help?
