We apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please check if you have installed the latest version of AVG? To check the AVG version, please open AVG program and click on "Support" tab and there you can see the version, please let us know the AVG version installed.

Tried re installing the free edition of AVG but keeps saying Identity protection not protected. Can anyone advise please.
