Update. I uninstalled AVG and did a re-install. Seems to have fixed the problem. Go figure.

Im using AVG production on my laptop, but some errors has occured , AVG show notice : Identity protection is disabled and about firewall it show that : firewall canot start , because an error has occurred in communication with a drive. I don't know why, please show me the way to fix it. thanks
I have problem with My Identity showing NOT ACTIVE. I have carried out REPAIR as per AVG instructions but problem persists. In the past, AVG buddies have failed to correct this despite many hours work. KIt was suggested that I should reinstall Windows completely but have not done so.
It has been about a month now and still problem not resolved. Tried the recommended repair and re-install. Not sure where alll those logs that I sent eventually ended up.

MY identity protection shows ENABLED, but I get a warning that it is not ACTIVE. I click FIXIT, warning disappears. Close interface window and the re-open it, warning returns. I did a repair install. No change.
