We apologize for the inconvenience.
This error is caused by missing digital signature of the AVG file msvcr110.dll.
To fix this issue, please follow this steps.
Download installatio package of Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
Repair the x86 version of this package.
Restart computer.
After the computer restarts, please check if the Identity Protection is active in the AVG program.

I cannot activate my Identity protection, every time I try the Identity protection return off
