We regret the inconvenience caused. Please check for the button 'Fix now' in AVG interface and click on it. If the issue persists, we suggest you to reinstall your AVG program by removing AVG traces using remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ). Please restart to complete the uninstalling process. After running AVG Remover, you may need to manually uninstall any remaining AVG applications and also 'search' for a folder "AVG Remover"(usually in 'C' drive) and please delete it manually. And then install your program 'AVG Antivirus' by clicking on http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Antivirus_745.exe .Follow these instructions and please let us know the status. Thank you.
I hope someone can help with this asap: My ID Protection turns itself off immediately after I click to turn it on. I'm concerned the program has a virus.
Anybody else have this problem? How did you fix it?
