Sign in to your AVG Account using the following link: https://id.avg.com/sign-in.
Click Go to Identity dashboard on the Identity Protection tile.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
In the left panel, click Support.

I installed the new ID protection. The app won't let me add my mother's maiden name, says it's not a valid entry, and it won't take my social security number and asks me to call a number! What? I don't like this, I am going to ask for a refund. I have been an AVG customer for many years and many products. I can't believe this.
