We are sorry to know that the Identity Protection is not active. This issue is caused by missing digital signature of AVG. Please follow the below steps and see if that fix the issue.
* Download installation package of Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
* Repair the x86 version of this package.
* Restart computer.
