Finnally I got an answer from the 2 tech I contacted and he said the problem is that the 'Identity Alert' was DISCOUNTIUED on the AVG  Premium 2015 version.  Why did it take a week for me to find out, didn't anybody look at the versions and updated info on the 2015 changes? 
   Not good Customer Service.

Can someone answer besides sending me to MY other post that was asking for help on this?  This is the forth time.  What can I do???
 Just need help on this.

Actually there is no AVG Premium Protection 2015.

Hi Alan,
AVG Premium Security should not be sold any more.
And yes Identity Alert was discontinued in 2015 (year).
Unfortunately Only think I can offer you is refund.
