IDP.Generic and deepl.exe in quarantine - Deepl start and uninstallation not possible

Product AVG Internet Security on Windows 11
Issue:
AVG Internet Security detected deepl.exe as infected by IDP.Generic and moved deepl.exe to quarantine. From this point on, I can neither start deepl nor uninstall the deepl app.
