IE 10 AVG Free Trial.....80% of Bookmarks Gone!

I have installed AVG Internet Security, Zen, and yes…the WEB TuneUp. WTU was ran the 1 free time.

Yes, in order to make your browser perform better in accessing the internet it has deleted the bookmarks.
It is not possible to get back those bookmarks however, we will escalate this to our higher level team and ask for any suggestion.
Your patience is much appreciated.

As it says, most of my bookmarks are GONE!!! Monday around 11pm 12/21 I installed the free trial to my laptop. This morning 12/23 I went to my bookmarks on IE10 and most of them don't exist! Could they possibly be in the Virus Vault? Someone help me out with my options to get these back please.

I just aquired this computer in late April, So they have started then and up until this past sunday.

This issue should have caused because of installing AVG Web tuneup add-on to your browser.
Did you install the one time free PC fix of AVG PC tuneup?

Have you installed the trial version of AVG Internet Security?
Did you install the AVG Web TuneUp or AVG Secure Search on your browser?
