You have AVG Internet Security - Unlimited Devices valid till 22nd September 2019 which can be installed on Windows (except mobiles) and Android devices.
To install it on your new laptop, refer this article and for activation check this article.
Follow the steps as mentioned under "Activate with AVG MyAccount (unlimited devices)" category.
