Was billed a day early before renewal, still being ignored after 3 ‘emails’, wherever they go, and sitting on hold twice for 10 mins.
Happened before, and was resolved pretty quickly, a promise of replying within 1-2 days is a lie.

Yeah they don’t really respond to people on these forums unfortunately. Contact them on either Facebook messenger or X to have a chance at a refund
Hey, thanks for this, I wasn’t really expecting them to reply here, unfortunately. I did get through to an agent on the phone, who had no record of the £80 they took from me…sent them bank statement confirming it. We shall see…will try those if no progress
