Its on Windows 7 and the file ends up in quarantine.
I have an exemption set for the exe file as well as the folder it is run from.
Also I cant respond to the email it sais:

I dont recieve a notification of it going to quarentine I open the quarentine section and its there.
I have had passive mode on the last couple days, I have turned it back off and it should delete the file by tomorrow morning I will post what I see when I get back to this pc
I am running Logging software, Kidlogger, despite setting an exemption AVG continues to delete the file.
I need logging software on this computer and I cant leave it without an antivirus

Please help us with AVG version as well (Open AVG - Menu - About) & share us the screenshot of the notification that you recveive from AVG regarding the file being moved to quarantine (after clicking on see details).
