Ik heb en nieuw AVG account per 11 april, het werkt niet

Ik had een AVG account. Vanaf begin april moest ik bij het opstarten van mijn PC  steeds het licentienummer intoetsen.
Dit nummer werd niet herkend. Ik heb toen per 11 april j.l. gekozen voor een nieuw AVG antivirus.
Ik betaalde € 26.99. Het lukt me niet dit nieuwe AVG antivirus te downloaden.

I have AVG and new account by April 11, it does not work
I had an AVG account. From the beginning of April, I had always enter the license number when starting up my PC.
This number was not recognized. I then by April 11 J.L. chose a new AVG antivirus.
I paid € 26.99. I am not able to download the new AVG antivirus.
