What they say is as follows, you pay for Antivirus Program and NOT for TuneUp Utiliies.Zij think you and Trial Version and this is over .You would thus have to buy Performance .Mare think there they speak only English

I wrote in Dutch that I know not enough Englisch to put my answer, and I am angry becouse for paying everything is in Dutch, but to help you have to can write and reade Englisch.
I think it is not good the way you do with your clients .
but my question is : if I try to clean up my computer window 10 with avg always I get the answer that I have te buy, but I payed *- 50 euro to have your thing and I think it is not good put on my computer.
and so I thind it is better you gave me my money back so that I can buy something in Dutch
