I started a one-month free subscription but found the cancellation process too complicated, making it difficult to cancel. Now, the free subscription period has ended, and I see that charges of 51,117 KRW and 50,907 KRW are about to be made for international transactions. Please cancel these charges. When I try to cancel my subscription, it says I don't have any active subscriptions, and I can't proceed with the cancellation.
Since I'm writing here, please cancel the subscription and issue a refund. I am a student with no money, and I intended only to use the free trial and then cancel. I have no funds to pay AVG, so I hope you understand my situation.
