I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I would request you check whether your system is installed with any other third party antivirus program on your computer. If you have installed any, please uninstall that and try installing the AVG internet security. If you have not installed any third party anti virus, I would request you to remove the traces of AVG installation that has been failed previously using AVG Removal tool and then you can try reinstall AVG program on your computer.
