Hi, 

Every month I have been charged a total of $13.49 AUD by digital river Ireland. which upon investigating has led me here. I do not ever recall making any subscriptions to AVG or Avast and when prompted to provide my email address, every address I've ever used all show up as "this email doesn't exist".

 

This has been on going for over a year despite my efforts to scour through every email I have and find a sign up mail. How can I cancel this and receive a refund for service I know I'm not using.
