Please share the screenshot of the threat message you receive from AVG when you try to access PayPal website to assist further.

Disable AVG temporarily on your computer and check if you are able to access this website.

To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and you can see a scroll bar to "Disable Protection".

I cannot get into my PayPal at all! AVG somehow sees it as a threat. This is ridiculous. When the next update be ready?
