Im new to AVG full protection but now have issues with my emails

I now have the AVG full protection but now my emails seem to have stopped syncing. I have to run the AVG a few times a day to push my emails to come in and go out.

Im also not an IT person so simple instructions not IT language would be very much appreciated.

Yep done that and they pointed the issue to the Anti Virus protector for email.  I guess i'll have to get a refund and go elsewhere.

Nicole, you have mentioned that the email didn't work even after disabling AVG Internet Security completely.
You can uninstall AVG Internet Security program completely to check whether it resolves the issue.
