I'm not able to install the software

Hello Massimiliano,
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with installing AVG. May I know if it is a free or paid version of AVG are you trying to install? Please run AVG Clear and AVG Remover tool on your PC and then try installation.
Download and run AVG Clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe. This tool will help with removing antivirus component of AVG 2017 and its traces.

Open tool
User Account control - click "Yes"
Windows safe mode - click "No" 
Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security)
Click "Uninstall"
Click "Restart computer"

After restart, run AVG Remover and remove all other supported products and remnants of AVG (ZEN, Framework,…) as suggested in http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-uninstall-AVG .

Hello all,
I use AVG on my mobile phone and now I want to install it on my computer, too.
But when I start the download the system gives an error: "sorry there is a problem 0xa0010004.
What does it mean and how can I solve it?
Otherwise I have to look for another Antivirus Software.
