Images Not Loading in Emails on Mac Mail Application

Here is a sample of what I am talking about....

I recently downloaded AVG Ultimate.  Now when I read my emails on my mac the os mail application, it blocks images from appearing and I have to manually release the loading of the images by clicking the button that appears towards the top right that says "Load Content Directly".  Does anyone know where to allow images to load in your emails?  I cant seem to find this setting.  Any help is appreciated.

Appreciate your efforts in working towards fixing the issue, Eric.
Please navigate to Privacy (in screenshot) & check whether Protect Mail Activity  or Block All Remote Content is checked.
If either of them are checked images will be blocked and you get the Load Remote Content box at the top of any mail with an image.
Please try the above steps & let us know if it helps.

Hi there,
Im running Monterey 12.5.1 on an M1 Macbook Pro.  I have AVG Internet security 20.2, VPN, Tune up Pro, and Anti Track.  Something is blocking any image that is included in any email.  Example, if I get an email from ebay or amazon and it was any type of thumbnail images, they are being blocked from showing in the email.  I have to manually allow them to load by pressing the "load contect directly" button.  To the left of that button it says "your network preferences prevent content from loading privately".  This just started since I installed AVG.

Hi Eric,

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know the version of your MAC & AVG (Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - About).
Also, share us the screenshot of the mail content that doesn't load properly, for better clarity.

I dont see that option:User-added image
