HI. You have taken an unexpected 59.99 from my account today for a product that I do not want or need. Taking this money has left me with nothing in my account to feed my family, indeed you have taken me into unauthorised overdraft. It seems I am not alone in experiencing this problem with you, and it should not be allowed to perpetuate. Please refund my money with immediate effect, or be aware that I WILL contact the Financial Ombudsman on my own, and others behalf.
Please supply me with the email address of a customer services representative there so that I may copy you into my correspondence with said Ombudsman.
