Imperva / AVG Browser

Imperva won't let me log into a couple sites via AVG Browser. Have to use Chrome. This is the whole point is to protect myself and yet AVG has done something recently that I have to turn off my VPN on my phone to get to sites. On my laptop, turning off the VPN doesn't do anything.

This didn't work. When will AVG fix the issue?

No, the message comes from Imperva. It's the site owners anti virus. I had disabled my VPN and tried before I opened this ticket. I get the message either way.

I was trying to get onto this site:  https://www.familysearch.org/

and got this message.

Uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed the VPN. The issue is not with the VPN. I got the same message. It's with the browser.

Hi Valerie,

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Initially, please clarify whether Imperva is a security software on your computer & let us know the AVG programs (names) that are installed on your computer.
Since, disabling AVG Secure VPN didn't help, please disable AVG protection temporarily to check.
