Alan Binch's link doesn't work. Yes, it takes you to a page to fill in with details of your problem and a message but it can't be sent anywhere (I guess that the three option boxes are supposed to be links but they are dead). I bought AVG Ultimate before Christmas, spent six weeks trying to get it working and I am now without protection. Uncontactable technical support is zero technical support. FRUSTRATED.
As I couldn't get access to something where I can write my question or complaint and I was redirected to a chat window, I have to complain here. The support guy was very kind, but it is not the way I want. My question was how to disable the new "feature" of overlaying my screen when a fals positive (even a true positive) is detected. Looks like there is no option. As it stays in my way the only solution I see is uninstalling. Thanks a lot for many years of good protection.

I keep telling him, I HAVE DONE THIS AND HE KEPT CHAGING STUFF FROM BE HID A SCREEN.,

I've tried to fill out the form on my iPad as avg has completely shut me out of my computer, and I can't even complete it!

I agree with the others on this thread…it is incredible (incredibly bad) that we cannot contact anyone at AVG. It makes me suspect their products as well.

The contact site is not functional at all. It allows no email and no chat, and claims that there are "amazing changes" forthcoming, but you cannot ring AVG either. Is the company going bankrupt?
I'm a little more than concerned about lack of being able to contact now - i filled in the online form then it wouldnt allow any contact options so came here by chance. when i first began using this product i rang for suport and got an Australian in Sandringham, Victoria, Australia - now i cannot even find a way to contact other than via a community board? And what is with alluding to Czech Republic? has it gone over there for support? I have over 12 months of subscription left and had a problem over night - now have only AVGfree15 not full version cos the new one knocked out my origional one …
