I'd like to try the 30 day free trial now being offered (excellent that AVG will send an email alert re approaching  transformation to paid protection!).  But when the download gets to the Do you want to allow this program to make changes etc. and asks me to enter user control info if yes, there is no place to enter that information or to click on yes.  What can I do?

Toni, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
