Impossible to register AVG Internet security

In addition, to my previous post, may I know from where did you get this phone number +33 977 554 347?

Hello,
In june 2017 I have purchased a product, received a confirmation and  a license.This product is AVG Internet Security. This products is NOT listed in my history despite having this since years, 2013 to be exact. Can someone help because now I only got a free version with so much less security and a useless licence number ?
When I try to call the support Team, no answer.
Not professional and not very encouraging for a supposedly supplier of security reassurance.        Regards,

 Here is the number 00 33 9 77 55 43 47. I received a automatic answer and music while I was waiting for more than 15 minutes.
 
I’ve already actived but it changes nothing, see screenshot 1. My licence is in it but useless it’s still the free version.
 
As requested to fix AVG my account issue, screenshot 2 screenshot of entire AVG my account page.
 
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I understand the inconvenience.
Please provide the phone number that you dialed to contact us which will help us to check whether it is the exact AVG support number.
I see that you have a valid license for AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and it expires on 8th August 2019.
You can activate it from the free version. Open AVG Antivirus free dashboard, click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions–>Enter license"
Enter the license number and complete the activation.
If AVG my account is showing as "no subscriptions" found then it is the issue with AVG my account server and it will not affect the functionality of the product.
To fix AVG my account issue, provide the screenshot of entire AVG my account page through the email that I have sent now.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

I have removed the screenshots that you provided as it had your license displayed.
I request you to provide the entire screenshot of AVG my account "My Products" page that shows your email address at the top.
Please provide the screenshot through the email that I sent before. If my email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
For activation, click on "Remove license" from "My subscriptions" window of AVG antivirus free and check whether you get option as "Enter license"
If you get it, click and proceed to enter your license number. Wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether it is activating as it will download updates once you enter the license number.
If restart prompt appears, proceed with restart of your PC and check whether Internet Security is getting activated.

The number is the tech support in France, provided by AVG Site.

I've done what you said and the 2 proplems are STILL NOT RESOLVED !!
