Impossible to remove avg antivirus

May I know which version of AVG is installed on your old PC and on which version of Windows operating system does your PC run? 
When you say that it did not allow you to install new AVG Antivirus, are you trying to install the latest version of AVG AntiVirus free version?

hello,
i didn't start my old pc since 2016.
avg antivirus is installed since, but don't want to be cancelled.
also it didn't allow to doawnload new avg antivurus, or cleaner because of virus inside

please need help !
