Impossible to unistall AVGfree and install AVG unlimited

Dear AVG,we alredy sent you a request of assistance after the purchase of one of your product. The result is that now we have no protection,free or paid. So I'm asking you to solve the problem created by your software because righ now we can't unistall AVGfree and install the software we paid to you! So right now my PC have no protection. I retain you responsable for eventual anomalies due to missing prtection. I'm sure you'll fix the problem. Have a good evening… ILACQUA VINCENZO
