when I try to update there is a "general error" because the procedure doesn't start and the message is "An error occurred during configuration saving, connection not active" (but there is a working internet connection because I'm writing you using this) while when I try to recover through your link above the procedure stops after some seconds and an error message "0xE0010002" is given.

Hello everyone,
I cannot update my AVG Free Version anymore because an errore occurres and the procedure is stopped.
I tried to reset and to uninstall but without a positive result: everything stopped.
I don't know how to solve this issue.
