I did not agree to the automatic extensions at least intentionally but even if I had, I never authorized to make an automatic payment from my Paypal account and this is illegal!!!
Account which I also made a point to close to avoid similar situations

Anabela, an email notification will be sent 30 days prior to the email address registered with the AVG purchase.
It will also contain the information on how to cancel it.

I was not aware of the automatic subscription and I never authorized it!
I have not received any mail from you informing me of this automatic subscription. If they had i had canceled it on time !!
I already contacted paypal and they said they had to be you to cancel the wrong payment
however for the sake of security I canceled the paypal account

From our records, I see that the notification has been sent on 12/27/18.
However, you have already contacted PayPal and requested refund. They will process it for you.
Else, remove the chargeback and send us the proof of cancellation to initiate refund from our end.
I am not at all in agreement with what they wrote
first I did not receive any mail
second, I did not make any Unlimited subscription
third you make an automatic payment without my authorization and this is illegal
I want you to refund the amount charged and cancel all signatures made on my name!
Otherwise, I will be required to take legal action to remedy the situation.
I do not intend to renew any type of subscription that you say I have and I want my money back !!!
Honestly I think an ABUSE on your part say they send an email and this is enough to charge in my account the amount they want? !!!

When you sign up an AVG subscription, auto-renewal will be enabled by default. We will also notifiy our customers via an e-mail regarding the upcoming charge prior to the expiration date.

You have subscribed to AVG TuneUp - Unlimited on 2018-02-10 and it got auto renewed.
When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will receive an email regarding the automatic extension of AVG subscription before 45 days and will be billed 15 days before the product expires.
The auto renewal notification has been sent on 12/27/18.
Upon checking your order, we confirmed that you have raised the Dispute (Chargeback) request for this order from PayPal.
I think the problem is that !!
Auto-renewal enable by default maybe it's in lowercase letters to make it difficult to read
Notifiy our customers via an e-mail regarding the upcoming charge prior to the expiration date and you do not need a response from the customer to confirm receipt of your email
This is enough for you to use
the confidential data the customer gave an initial contact!!!

You can contact your PayPal support and they will be able to return the amount of order to your bank account. You also have another option to request your PayPal support to remove or reverse the dispute/chargeback. Once this dispute/chargeback has been removed, please send us the proof of your charge-back cancellation so that we will be able to process the refund for you.
