Improper billing

I understand the inconvenience. I see that you have another account with a different email address (Gmail domain ) and also see that you have submitted a refund request form. Please be informed that AVG will deduct the money from your account 15 days prior to the expiry date. You have canceled the automatic renewal after that, so that's the reason you got charged automatically after canceling the automatic renewal.

 I have processed a refund for the recent charge (EUR 49.99) and you will get the money back within 7 business days.

I 've already cancelled my subscription with any of AVG products and they even sent me an email confirming such a cancellation and now to my surprise I check my account and I find  they have recently charged me 49,99€.  There's no way to contact them at the sales support or customer relation service.
What can I do? Is this a fraud?
