I have tried many times to renew my subscription, but in view of the current covid19 restrictions, plus my bank replacing their Visa cards with Mastercards, as well as a problem with my Direct Debit card. You still send me reminders to make payment -- which I am happy to do! In view of these mix-ups I now wish to pay by my Mastercard. Please, oh please, send me advice by email how to pay you in simple terms as I have found it almost impossible to send you a simple question asking for this information!
