In the firewall logs the "System" is blocked. How do I unblock it?

In the firewall logs the "System" is blocked. How do I unblock it?

Jay from Premium Tech Support AVG said to go to the Ethernet link, then Properties, then  uncheck Network Filter Driver, then restart computer. I went to a webpage where it stated no connection. I ran Network Diagnostics which didn't work, then it stated to try as administrator and I checked yes, where it fixed the problem. 

Jay is assume and needs a raise.

Jay told me to put this in this email reference number from 57081030 for Premium Tech Support 844-234-6038.
