Please let me know the AVG program you have installed on your computer (AVG Free Antivirus/AVG Internet Security), the website which is getting blocked by AVG, and also check which components is blocking the websites, please disable (Open AVG Internet Security/AVG Free Antivirus) AVG component is check with the websites.

AVG keeps blocking a necessary webpage as "phishing", however we know it is not and we cannot figure out how to unblock or allow the page.
