Inappropriate charge

on 31st May I was charged 99.99GBP though all contracts were cancelled
This had happened previously on 02 March , agreed nothing due so a refund on 99.99 GBP was made on 30 March.
why have i now now been charged again _

We couldn't locate any charges in the amount 99.99 GBP from the e-mail address you used to contact us here. We found the charges under**@**.freeserve.co.uk and is for AVG Internet Security (1 computer) as auto-renewal is enabled for its initial purchase. We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
Do you wish to receive a refund of this charge and cancel all auto-renewal for all subscriptions?
