I have been charged in October £49.99 on a card I presume for internet protection which I thought I had cancelled about 2 years ago. I certainly do not recall, and cannot trace on my email accounts, any reminder. Looking at my account details there seems to be no recent order shown and thus I cannot use the online refund mechanism. Can I get a refund and how do I make sure I do not get charged again?
