No, as soon as I stop Passive Mode, it does exactly the same. Every email does have SPAM in the subject line.

Could you let us know if you use any email client like Outlook or Thunderbird to check your emails? Open AVG Internet Security, click on Menu > Settings > Components and check if Anti Spam feature is installed or not. If this feature is installed, click on 'Customize' > Sensitivity. The default setting is Medium (two bars). With higher sensitivity, the component is more likely to detect unwanted emails, but also more likely to mark legitimate messages as spam.
