Incommimg connection blocked

I have the same issue as noted below.  I've added the local computer's local IPv4 address as an exception but am still getting the blocked message.  The exception dialog will not accept the local computer's IPv6 address:

Hello Bob,

Thank you for reaching AVG Support Community.
I sincerely apologize for the difficulties you are currently experiencing.
Please let us know the version of the AVG Internet Security on your PC.
To check that open your AVG Interner Security > Menu > About.
Please temporarily turn off the Enhanced firewall and check whether you're able to access the files on the shared folder. If yes, let us know and update us through this post.
Also, please share the screenshot (https://bit.ly/3EP8lOw) of the pop-up notification which you receive from AVG.
Thank you and keep us updated.

I keep getting this Message from AVG Internet Security every few minutes
"Incommimg connection blocked"
"Threat name SMB.BruteForce"
"System"
"Remote Access Shield""
"connection blocked"

What is going on??

I tried to Change trusted network setting but no success.

I have the same issue as noted below.  I've added the local computer's local IPv4 address as an exception but am still getting the blocked message.  The exception dialog will not accept the local computer's IPv6 address:

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, Bob.
Remote Access Shield allows you to control which IP addresses are allowed to connect remotely to your PC, and blocks all unauthorized connection attempts.
By default, Remote Access Shield blocks the following connections:
Connections from high-risk IP addresses.
Connections that attempt to use known vulnerabilities in Microsoft's Remote Desktop Protocol, such as BlueKeep.
Brute-force attacks that work by repeatedly trying to log in to your system with commonly used or stolen login credentials.
Is your device connected in a network with other devices? Is the request initiated from a known device?
If this request is coming from an outside device, you can be assured that AVG has blocked the attempt.
We have sent you an email asking you to connect with our AVG remote technician and please revert to that email for further help.
Thank you.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, Bob.
Initially, could you let us know if you recognize/trust the IP address displayed in the threat pop-up?
Also, did you avail any remote assistance in the near past?
Keep us posted.
