We'd be glad to help. You seem to have an older version of AVG PC TuneUp installed on your PC. We'd request to run AVG Remover tool as described in this artilce to remove the older version.

Then proceed with installing latest version of AVG TuneUp. If you need anything else, do not hesitate to let us know.

No possible to install AVG PC TuneUp! 
Following message appears during installation:
To install AVG TuneUp, you must first uninstall your paid copy of maintenance product.
But please note that by uninstalling your paid product, you'll lose all your paid features!
What does it mean? I must buy AVG protection again?

NO!!! That DOESN"T work!! I have used both avgremover.exe and avgclear.exe and still get the same problem!!

FIX THSI AVG!!!!
