It seems that you have already installed your AVG PC Tune Up in your PC, so it is incompatible to install AVG Tune Up - Unlimited at the same time. Please refer this link http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 to uninstall AVG PC Tune Up and refer this link http://avgread.me/1If7pzz to install AVG Tune Up - Unlimited. I got an email for subscription automatic extension, together with the offer to "upgrade" to AVG Tune Up Unlimited for free, so I downloaded and tried to install. But the subject window appears and stops there. Which one is this talking about and how to find this one? Thanks.
