I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue.
Please go to Control panel > program and features and let me know the installed AVG program (AVG Free Antivirus/AVG Internet Security) on your computer.

I am trying to install AVG Internet Security having just installed AVG Tuneup and AVG SecureVPN and got a message to say it couldn't be installed as it is incompatible with another AVG product I have installed.  Any ideas?
