I keep getting the error message while updating the antivirus definition. Error Message "Incompatible software detected" I also looked at the post and saw some command to run but nothing happens. I dont see any kaspersky processes on my machine. Dont know how to get rid of this issue

Let's have a look at it together. Are you trying to update AVG Antivirus free? Could you share the screenshot of that error message you received? Let us know your version of windows operating system and AVG product you have installed.
